Frequently Asked Questions

Clear, text-only answers about enrollment, access, materials, certificates, refunds, and accessibility. Accordion items are keyboard-friendly and won’t jump the page.

Do I need prior experience?

No. The beginner track starts with foundations: safe handling, dilution math, evaluation methods, and building a vocabulary for notes and accords. You’ll be guided step-by-step.

Are the courses self-paced?

Most modules are self-paced, so you can pause and resume at any time. Some advanced workshops run as cohort sessions with set start dates and live critique windows.

How do I access materials after enrollment?

After enrollment, lessons unlock in your account dashboard. You can revisit completed modules, rewatch videos where available, and download included reference sheets for personal study.

Do I need a kit or special equipment?

No special equipment is required to start. If you choose to blend alongside the lessons, basic supplies like blotter strips, small glass vials, and a scale can be helpful, but are optional unless a workshop explicitly states otherwise.

Do I receive a certificate?

Yes, in eligible tracks. Certificates are issued after you complete required assessments and demonstrate the stated learning outcomes for the track.

Refunds and guarantees

We aim for transparent policies. Refund eligibility depends on timing and the type of offering (self-paced module vs. cohort workshop). Please refer to the Terms in your enrollment flow for the exact conditions.

Accessibility and contrast

We maintain high contrast, support keyboard navigation, and keep this page text-only to reduce cognitive load. Use Tab to move between questions, then press Enter or Space to expand/collapse an item.

Can I contact support?

Yes. If you have trouble accessing your course, certificates, or billing information, use the contact options in the site footer to reach the support team.
